20. Sections 16 and 17 do not apply to an enterprise referred to in section 2, 2.1, 2.2 or 3 that markets a product exclusively for industrial, commercial or institutional clienteles, for their own consumption, if the enterprise offers for that product a collection service directly at the place of those clienteles.
They do not apply either to an enterprise that offers to any person a collection service on request, at least once a month, directly at the place of that person, or a collection service by return mail.
